Refund policy
At ROYALE ERA, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable refund (if applicable) will be issued.
- If any replacement / exchange is approved under stock availability the new item will get delivered within 3 - 7 working days to your registered address from the date of approval.
Return Process
- After your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup.
- Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method depending on product type.
- Shipping, COD charges, and partial COD fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
COD Orders
- COD confirmation calls/messages must be responded to. Orders without confirmation may be auto-cancelled.
- Partial COD fees are non-refundable if the order returns to origin (RTO).

Order Refusal
- If you refuse delivery or are unavailable during multiple delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled automatically.
- Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
