5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines range from 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or national holidays.
• A tracking ID will be shared via email once the order is dispatched.
• In case of failed delivery attempts (up to three attempts), the order may be returned or cancelled.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• ROYALE ERA offers return/exchange services based on eligibility, product condition, and timelines stated in our Return Policy.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees, COD charges, and partial COD fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or negligence are not eligible for return/refund.
